Which receipt formats does PaperPlugg offer?

PaperPlugg offers 80mm thermal receipt templates for thermal printers, A4 receipts, A4 invoices, A4 order confirmations and HTML order confirmation email templates.

Can I print the templates on a thermal printer?

Yes. The 80mm templates are built for thermal printers and thermal paper, and they can also be printed on regular A4 paper and cut to size.

Are the A4 documents true to size?

Yes. A4 receipts, invoices and order confirmations are rendered at exact A4 dimensions so the PDF matches the on-screen preview 1:1.

What is the difference between a packing list and an invoice?

A packing list shows what is physically in the parcel and normally hides prices, while an invoice shows the money. This generator produces the parcel enclosure, with prices optional.

Is the PDF true A4 size?

Yes. The document is laid out in absolute millimetre coordinates and exported at exact A4 dimensions, so nothing shifts or rescales when you print it.

Is the New Era packing list generator free to use?

Editing and previewing are free. Downloading a watermark-free file requires an active access pass, which also unlocks every other template on PaperPlugg.

What may I use these documents for?

PaperPlugg templates are for educational, design and template-study purposes — for example rebuilding a lost order summary layout, mock-ups, or testing document workflows. Previews carry a watermark.

About this New Era packing list template

Create a New Era-style A4 packing list and delivery note: order number, ship-to address, itemised caps with style codes and sizes, quantity shipped versus ordered, and the returns instructions printed on the enclosure.

Exported as a true A4 PDF (210 × 297 mm), so the downloaded file matches the on-screen preview 1:1 on any printer.
Every field is editable directly in the preview — click the text you want to change instead of filling in a separate form.
Available in 20+ languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Swedish and Russian, with date and currency formats following the language.
Add or remove product rows freely, so single-item and multi-item orders both fit the same layout.
